Mid-August Dublin docklands impressions
This post pretty much covers my way to and from work. Most photos have been taken some weeks ago and already indicate to some extend that summer is gone here in Ireland.
This section here which is close to the IFSC and my work shows the Liffey at the harp like looking Samuel Beckett Bridge and new Dublin Convention Centre featuring a vast glass surface.
The pictures below depict the area where I live. This is about 500m downstream close to the actual harbour. We’re blessed with more or less water depending on the tide.
As already mentioned in a previous post, at the Point Village next to the O2 Arena we recently got ourselves a nice ferris wheel.
